Dr. Shawn had been treating my high school son who was a key player in his high school football team.  During the time that my son was being treated by Dr. Shawn, both my husband and I started getting treated as well because we saw the amazing results with out our son.  Not only was Dr. Shawn getting physical results, but he consistently showed that he “truly” cared about our well being as a whole.  Our overall health was his main focus with us and it was nice to see that we weren’t just another # for him.  One day I called Dr. Shawn on his personal cell phone.  It was after office hours so I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to get a hold of him.  I was in so much pain I was literally in tears.  Dr. Shawn returned my phone call at about 8 pm and after speaking with me, he was willing to go into his office to meet me to find out what was going on… he just wanted to help make me feel better.  I lived about 45 min away from his office but that didn’t stop Dr. Shawn from meeting me that very night.  When he saw me, he determined that I was suffering from something much more serious than I had imagined so he escorted me to the nearest ER for further evaluation from an MD.  Come to find out, I was suffering from a blood clot in my left arm.  The ER staff said that if Dr. Shawn hadn’t taken action, I was minutes away from losing my arm and I was suffering from congestive heart failure.  I went into emergency surgery that very night.  Thanks to Dr. Shawn, I am able to write this today.

I have never been to a chiropractor before so at first I was a little skeptical and just a bit fearful. But, I can tell you that ever since I have been going to DeCloedt Chiropractic, I have never felt better! Dr. Shawn and his team are excellent. Everyone is so courteous and professional. Dr. Shawn is a real gem! I can now exercise without being in extreme pain. It has really made a difference.
